Club Fitness Challenge

Take part in the Royal Mail club fitness challenge. 

Can you take your club from Plymouth to Aberdeen!

Work as a team to get your site to the finish line. Get miles for every work out you do.

The rules
  • You will earn miles for each workout.
  • Cardio workout – amount travelled
  • Resistance workout – 2 miles per 30mins
  • Once you complete your workout add your miles to the chart.
  • At the end of each week each participants score will all be added up and the site total added to the leaderboard.
  • The more miles you get the further up the country we will be.
  • Challenge starts on 4th March and runs for four weeks.
