My military background provided me with experience of training people one-on-one or in large group and to train people to smash their fitness goals to bits. Personal training allows me to help dedicated people to achieve goals, surpass limits, and motivate them to become a better version of themselves.
I’ve worked both the Fitness industry in the UK and Australia, I’ve trained housewives to soldiers and everything in-between.

If you are a Royal Mail staff member, payment can be taken direct from your pay using a DV Form. For all other categories of member, ie, Romec, Quadrant etc, payment is by standing order.
