Hi, my name is Alvin & I am originally Jamaican, which reflects in everything I do in my exuberant lifestyle. I am a Personal Trainer that specialises in weight loss, muscle building, sports specific training, bodyweight training & rehabilitation. I use my experience to help you develop a healthy lifestyle which inevitably helps you become happier.

The aim is always to find a personal programme & training regime that is specially catered to you as I guide you gracefully along the way. Together, we aim to be the best version of ourselves and enhance our happiness in our day to day lives! So, let’s start your journey today!

Outside of the gym, I love to travel and have been to 13 countries in only six years! I would definitely say I have a thing for planes taking off, I LOVE THE THRILL IT GIVES!
