Supervised Hours

Gym supervised hours are located on the gym door and notice boards near the canteen.
The supervision times vary every second week and can be found on the gym door.

Gym Manager

Peter Smith

I am the manager of the Fitness Centre located in the basement of the main sorting office in Aberdeen. I have over four years experience in the fitness industry and am REPS qualified in personal training. I can also teach circuit classes working on cardio, strength and endurance and I can conduct health and fitness tests. I am very knowledgeable on how to improve personal fitness whether it is cardio, endurance, strength or flexibility.

Join for only £2.00 per week or £8.70 per month.

Potential new members can join by contacting me by email, mobile phone or in person, where we can arrange an induction session; personalized program appointments can also be booked using the same methods.
